Kick off the new year with a fresh start and join us on February 2nd at 1:00 PM for a virtual creative wellness workshop led by artist Jayme Fahrer. In this session, we’ll begin with grounding meditation techniques to help you center your mind and let go of the past year’s stresses. Then, we’ll dive into two different therapeutic art-making project designed to release tension and set a positive outlook for the year ahead. This workshop is the perfect way to reset and embrace a “new year, new you” mindset.
Materials needed:
• Any drawing tools you have on hand (markers, crayons, colored pencils, etc.)
• 5-6 sheets of paper (a mix of lined and plain paper is ideal, but any paper will work)
Bring an open mind, let go of expectations, and get ready to create, reflect, and set the tone for a fulfilling year ahead.
